When you wear your chestpack please ensure the straps sit on top of your clothing (not against your neck/skin) & fit snug so they don't move about on your shoulders. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to contact me.
If you are wearing a really heavy backpack you may feel some pressure/ discomfort on your shoulders after a few hours of hiking so I would therefore recommend some gel padding to relieve the pressure on those long or multi-day hikes. I use Profoot multi-use gel padding which works really well & does help.
